Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Top3dgames handles information when you visit top3dgames.com, play games, or contact us. For privacy questions and requests, email support@top3dgames.com.
1. Information used by the website
- Gameplay usage: the game opened, a randomly generated visitor identifier, a session identifier, a session start timestamp, and time spent with the game page visible. This measures page activity and does not confirm that you were actively playing throughout.
- Approximate country: our delivery service may supply a country code derived from your connection. We do not request precise GPS location through the portal.
- Technical connection information: hosting and delivery providers process information such as IP addresses, requests, and browser information to deliver content and protect the service. The portal's gameplay analytics records do not contain an IP-address field.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send.
The public portal does not currently require a player account. Please do not email passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
2. Browser storage
Our first-party gameplay analytics uses local storage named playhut-visitor-id to recognise repeat visits from the same browser. This randomly generated identifier can persist until site data is cleared. It is a pseudonymous identifier, not a guarantee of anonymity. Administrative sign-in uses session storage for an access token; this is separate from public game access.
Individual games may use browser storage to retain progress or preferences. You can review, block, or clear site storage through your browser settings. Clearing it may reset game progress and create a new analytics identifier on a later visit. Clearing local storage does not itself erase records already stored on our servers. Browser storage restrictions may affect some features.
3. Why we use information
We use information to deliver games, understand game popularity and approximate audience locations, measure session duration, diagnose problems, protect the website, and respond to enquiries. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on legitimate interests for appropriate service operation, security, support, and measurement, or consent where required for non-essential storage or data use. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.
4. Hosting, service providers, and game publishers
Our website uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, content delivery, backend processing, and storage. The current backend region is US East (N. Virginia); content delivery and other providers may process information in other locations. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Contact us for information about applicable transfer arrangements.
Providers supporting hosting and email may process information to provide those services. Game publishers may provide game content and their own notices. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect rights and security. We do not offer our first-party gameplay analytics records for sale.
5. Google advertising: planned feature
Google advertising is planned. Advertising SDKs are not currently active on Top3dgames. We will update this notice when advertising providers and settings change.
When Google advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses, browser or device identifiers, ad interactions, and information about visits to this or other websites for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where enabled and permitted, personalised advertising.
Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Google's My Ad Center offers advertising personalisation controls. Disabling personalisation does not necessarily remove ads. Any required advertising consent and vendor choices will be provided when advertising is introduced; this page alone is not a consent control.
6. Retention
Gameplay session records are configured to become eligible for automatic database expiry 90 days after creation. Expiry is asynchronous, so deletion may occur later. The browser visitor identifier remains until browser data is cleared. We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to address the enquiry and any related security, dispute, or legal obligations. Provider operational logs may have separate retention settings.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also have a right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to support@top3dgames.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your request and locate relevant records. Because gameplay analytics is not linked to a public account or email address, we may need the browser visitor identifier to locate a particular record. Please contact us before sending it publicly. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
8. General audience and children
Top3dgames is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise use as appropriate. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through support enquiries. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Security and policy changes
We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the website changes; the latest version and update date will appear here. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
